Can I pick up my order?
Yes! If you're local to the NWA area, enter code "localpickup" at checkout to avoid the shipping fee. Once your order is ready, we'll send you the pickup address. Please allow 1–3 business days before your order is ready for pickup.
How much is shipping?
There is a flat fee of $10 for all domestic shipping.
How long will my order take?
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be crafted. Once shipped, plan for delivery within 1–4 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.
What happens if my package is lost or missing?
If your package is lost or missing, please file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier-related losses.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds at this time.
